Katie was the BEST!!! Very understanding and patient with me. She knew when to push me and when to let up. She really was the best at finding the "hot" spots and working the knots loose with her thumbs. Hurt so bad but felt 'so much better' later on when she was done. I still use her pictures and stick drawings of exercises when my right shoulder starts to tighten up and I get immediate relief. If I ever need to come back to "Colorado In Motion", Katie will by my choice.
