I was impressed with the selection available at Pro Source. We worked with Beth, who was very helpful in showing us options and calling vendors to check pricing and availability. The turnaround time for our order was pretty fast (between 5-8 days). The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the freight charge; we had priced the job based on the quote we got per square foot and it wasn't until the sale was being rung up that we learned of the additional fee. We had worked with another tile/flooring company in the area that had the same ETA for our order, but there was no freight charge. If ordering from ProSource (or any other company), I'd recommend checking the freight fee so you have an accurate picture of what you'll be paying. Overall, it was a positive experience working with ProSource.
