I hired Spanky & Pops to install artificial grass in my backyard in northwest Las Vegas. It was fine at first, then the ground underneath the fake grass became super uneven. Multiple indentations/hole formed - presumably they didn't compact the base layer properly. "Spanky" has repeatedly told me he would schedule an appointment to come fix the problem - but has never fulfilled his word. Now, he is ignoring my texts/calls/emails. I strongly recommend that you do not hire this company for any project. I will remove this review and provide an update if they live up to their word and fix the issue that they caused.
