My nephew's body was at this establishment and we ended up having to have a closed casket due to the lack of knowledge that they had for African-American bodies! It looked as if they applied black shoe polish to my nephew's face! We allowed them a second chance to get it right however instead of it getting better it only got worse! To add insult to injury they offered my family a ridiculously offensive amount to be refunded back to them which was in return a smack in the face! I will never forget the last memory that I have of my nephew etched in my head until the day that I leave this earth! I would not recommend this funeral home to any African-American family because they just don't have the knowledge of to handle a African American body!
