We had two theft from the house of property that was there before the Molly Maids arrived, and was discovered missing immediately after they left. We immediately notified Stephen, the owner, who fired the suspected maids, and promised to replace our property. When presented with the bill, he denied ever discussing the incident with my wife and promptly refused to pay the bill. This is quite disappointing that he didn’t stand by his word.
