I was going through a complete bathroom remodel when I chose to use Christine at ProSource. I had the worst experience ever. When we first met with her we were there for 3 hours and picked tile for my floor and shower tile I have pictures, I had the receipts I had the price guide that she gave me while we sat on the table with the tile in front of us. When it came time for my contractors to pick up the tile and come lay them in my house she had ordered the wrong tile. My contractor had to go back and forth with them because they don't accept returns even though it was their mistake. Finally they said we can return them but they would not return the open box and now I'm already out money. We finally pick up this correct tile and they shorted me three boxes so now I'm out another $168. I sent emails because I could not leave messages her phone mailbox is full she never responded to my emails until I got my contractor involved. I don't know what happened there but I guess my contractor ended up refunding me the money so I wouldn't contact an attorney. I don't think it was my contractor's responsibility to have to pay out of her pocket for ProSources mistake. I also have emails showing I approve the amount for tile shower tile and grout. I spoke to Christine on the phone and we verified it and I have it in an email when I gave her the credit card number I again verified this is for floor tile, shower tile and grout . Once we picked up everything the grout was not included. After speaking to her yet again she tells me yes I see that in the email but I made a mistake the grout is not included Your contractor can just pick it up from a local store. So now my project is delayed another week because I don't have the correct tile and I don't have the grout that was supposedly included in the price so I'm out more money. I would never recommend anybody to use this company the way they do business is very unethical they are overpriced and they will steal your money
