Jeremy, Aspen Blind tech was out today, March 29th to look at our blinds for repair. He replaced 2 small staples on our blinds and turned the wrench 2 times to tighten screws on blind. He charged us 130.00 for this service. He was here for approximately 10 minutes. The blinds are no better than they were before He arrived. How is this price justifiable for a consumer. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Never use them again. We would be willing to pay for your service if you would be reasonable for a FAIR PRICE Gary Hill
