The office staff is incompetent. They accused me of failing to pay a bill. Erin is condescending and aggressive. I told her that I had proof that I paid the bill and of course was not extended credit. In other words i paid for my contacts when I left. Her attitude escalated and she demanded I make 30 minute drive. I told her that this was an extremely unpleasant experience. She then claimed that was a threat. Erin didn't even know how ETF works I told her the date it hit my account and she didn't even bother to look into their records. Anyone running business knows that a customer debit generally lags a day or two from initiated transaction to actual debit. She then called me back again tried to blame me for her mistake and admitted finding my payment. The doctor at this shop is average her staff is rude, overbearing, and incompetent.
