After ordering the Nuvo H2o Trio system for my home the service has been excellent. The order arrived very rapidly and although i had to wait about a week to get it installed and then my professional contractor experiencing a problem due to a cracked inlet port, I immediately contacted customer service and a replacement was rushed out. I cannot express how professional and caring the representative was dealing with my issue. My Nuvo Trio system has been installed for about a week now and although still testing it out I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with the product - maybe i will do a follow-up report at a later date. As of now i would highly recommend the Nuvo H2o system to others considering switching over to a saltless conditioning home filtration system.
