I was very happy with the carpet cleaning. I expressed my concern with the grout cleaning as I was disappointed with the result. And I immediately received a call . They came back & redid the grout areas that didn't come out good the first time. This was an area where I use hair spray etc. The grout now looks good as new. I would definately recommend Exquisite!
