Great doors. Two issues. 1. One door's exterior keypad does not have the battery cover. Never had it since construction. 2. During service of one door that wouldn't stay open ($120 2 years after installation), I asked the technician if the tracks to the other door with the garage door opener could be leveled instead of slanted to allow for a loft above the door. The technician said "no" because of stress on the spring. The house garage door track was already level and has no issues. I lowered the tracks on the other door to make room for the loft. The door operates fine. The technician was not helpful other than adjusting the one door that should have worked from the start.
