I remember like it was yesterday. I previously shopped at Lord & Taylor before, but this particular shopping experience I will never forget. I was in desperate need of new work clothes that would give me confidence and add to my recent weight loss figure as well as wanting to stay within a certain budget. That is when Gina came along.
