Overall the experience was good. There was a bit of snitty when I did not get my Microsoft Office but they ended up sending it out to me. I do not like being doubted. I was not trying to scam and it was never found. The speakers I got let me down. They are not even worth 20.00. I expected more from a company selling high end equipment. You should take them out of the options.
