Great holster, would be better if it came in a drop leg for those carrying binoculars and large packs that eliminate the chest or belt holster option. It can go on your pack belt but then when you drop your pack its a hassle to transfer to your pants. It is a tad pricey compared to other holsters but it is for a limited size 500 S&W so i can see the reason for the price.
