Fitness 19 is a great place to exercise. Staff members are friendly, courteous and willing to help. I've enjoyed and benefitted from personal training sessions with Jahleem. I have noticed increased cell phone use lately. These conversations are often loud, long :( and can be a bit distracting to others. I know the obvious solution is to either wear headphones or block it out. However, I wish the no cell phone policy could be strictly enforced because it does take away from the whole experience at Fitness 19. Otherwise, it's a great place to be!
