This is a case where five stars is not enough. I hired Twin Cities Finest to clean the ducts in my home which had not been cleaned in a few years. David, the technician arrived on time, clean, well dressed for the job. He was ready to get to work but I needed some answers first. I had earlier requested another company to give me a quote on cleaning the ducts but they didn't offer much. David, walked through A to Z what the company offered in duct cleaning, how they do it, approximately how long it would take and the cost to do it. He offered to have me follow him as he worked through the system if I chose to...which I did. He showed me the before and wanted me to check the areas after he finished. He gave me a lesson that I will never forget. Thumbs up David, Thumbs up Twin Cities Finest. I'm well satisified.
