I had a knee pain and an ankle pain. Bob helped me so much the ankle pain was gone right away and with the exercises he gave me we soon had my knee feeling much better. As I went home and practiced, then came back and made sure I did them right, it made my knee feel good again. I really appreciated how he listened to what I said and modified exercises if I needed him to until I could build up to where he knew I needed to be.
