Their assessment of my roof agreed with that of my insurance company (even though the insurance company couldn't cover my problem) as well as another company that sent an estimate. Their representative explained the problems and priced options for me. Communication by both email and phone was clear and responses were prompt with everyone involved. The install crew was prompt, diligent and thorough even through the heat of the day. In this process I learned that the manufacturer's warranty on the material is not nearly as important as the work and warranty of the installer. I'm impressed with Morse!
