February 2023 - - we had “Ice Storm” in San Antonio. My 5 tons Trane Heat Pump/ air conditioner outdoor unit needs service. I called Air Clinic San Antonio. Shawn Goerndt from Air Clinic worked with my system - - he got our heating/air conditioner system up and run within a short time. I was so impressed with Shawn Goerndt professional / technical knowledge, ability to communicate with customers, educate customers about how the system works, operate efficiency, time management and his professional manner. I feel so fortunate to worked with Shawn about my Heat Pump/Air-conditioner system. I’m a retired IT Director with 37 years experience as business executives. I hardly give any technical person a 5 star rating, but I think Shawn Goernd has earned his 5 star rating from me.
