I haven't done yoga in years, and I was nervous about retuning. As soon as I walked into the studio, Katie helped me feel at ease with her calm and accepting manner. She is not afraid to show you rooms where you could improve, but she does so in a friendly, non-judgmental way, and is mindful of everyone's different bodies and abilities. I look forward to her class each week and definitely recommend her as an instructor.
