Mario Torres is a thief and a fraud. As with the other 1 star reviews, he took $2,500 and important documents from me for investigation and never did ANYTHING at all. As soon as he cashed the check he was gone. He is still in possession of all my paperwork, and completely unresponsive. As noted below, please watch for the ghost 5 star reviews that will follow this factual and accurate review. Do not hire this man!
