My mentor is AMAZING. I cannot this organization enough. I came into this mentorship with no expectations and left with, what I consider, a new friend and colleague to bounce ideas off of. I signed up for Sign Academy a month and a half before my NIC with no direction on how to improve. My mentor was honest, but kind. She did not sugar coat anything, and she was willing to go above and beyond to change my curriculum depending on what she noticed from my work. Honestly, wholeheartedly, I don't think I would have the confidence I have now without my mentor and Sign Academy. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!
