The installer Sammy came out had the frame premade he was here about two hours. I gave them the wrong paint he gave me a section of the door that was cut out I ran over and had a small cam made up while he was working got back he finished painting everything did an absolutely beautiful job I would recommend them to anybody that wants a dog glass insert. Absolutely wonderful company Sammy is an absolutely wonderful installer clean and neat and fast
