I had a problem with the rollers coming off the track. It reoccurred one month days after it was supposedly fixed, but when the technician returned, he realized, as did I, the reasons this was happening again. He finally fixed the problem and I was not charged a second time. I am very grateful for their service, and I highly recommend this company.
