I had a problem with 8 units in a building that I manage. Rich came out, inspected all of the units and scheduled a treatment date. Rich spoke with each tenant and answered all of their questions before treating. He made all of my tenants feel confident about the process and was able to work with them so each unit was ready. Since we have treated I have not seen 1 bed bug or had any complaints from tenants. We now have Rich scheduled to come out for quarterly inspections to ensure we don’t have a problem like this again. I would highly recommend this company. He only suggested treated the units that were infested or that he thought were at high risk. He did not take advantage of the situation I was in and instead was patient and more helpful than I could have ever imagined. Thank you so much!
