I'm a computer guy that likes to build my own stuff. You folks definitely get your components cheaper than I ever could. I used to work at Tech Data as part of the components division back about ten years ago. Back then I'd never heard of you guys. You were probably doing Asian sourcing or buying from Ingram Micro... That being said, I've turned many of my friends on to you. Your online configurator and your dedicated sales support staff are awesome. I forget her name, but she was extremely knowledgeable. What didn't impress me was that I believe my system's case was supposed to have 2.5" mounting brackets for future expansion. I only needed 3.5" at the time. Still I made several inquiries to see "if" they were supposed to come with the case, but No One ever replied or acknowledged my request. Other than that, you guys are awesome and the next time one of my friend asks me to build them a system, I'll just configure one off your site and send them the quote link and let them pay you directly.
