Tito Urias and his crew do excellent work. The problem is that Tito can not keep his married zipper zipped, and can lie very convincingly. So as long as you know this, he is a good contractor who will do beautiful work on time and on budget. If you are a man, keep your eye on your wife. If you are a woman and he starts to hug and compliment you, RUN!
