I would give this company zero stars if I could. I bought two bags on Groupon for $20 and the codes didn’t work. Within a day this company gave me 2 new codes and do not send me back to Groupon. The new codes didn’t work either. I wasted a lot of time on their very slow website trying to make them work before giving up. Monogram online told me they would refund my money after the holiday. Now we are in the last week of January and they are now saying it’s not their problem and that I need to get my money from Groupon. So buyers beware! This is a scam to get your money and provide nothing in return.
