I had an appointment this morning at 10:20 and did not see the first provider until 10:55. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes to see the OD. Then I went for a scan which should have been done before I saw the OD. So I spent 95 minutes for what should have only taken 45 minutes. You need to allow more time between appointments. My wife was waiting in the car to drive me home and was not happy!!
