I moved out of this apartment in September 2022, paid my final statement balance in November 2022, and was incorrectly sent to collections for a small balance of ~$250. I travel frequently out of the country and have missed many calls from a debt collector that I have been wrongfully sent to by Camden Creekstone. Camden Creekstone has the laziest, most incompetent staff I have ever experienced and this error is now affecting my credit score. I do not have the time or capacity to liaison back and forth between the debt collector and my old terrible rental property and I wish I never ever lived at this horribly run complex. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unfortunately, this apartment complex went extremely downhill once new management took over months ago. I used to love Brandi in the office - she was so cheerful and helpful. The new folks in the office are terrible - they never answer the phone or reply to texts, they are rude, and unaccommodating. I had moved out weeks before my lease ended and I was getting frantic messages if I had yet turned in my keys. This place is so disorganized. There is also criminal activity in this area (I used to see cop cars parked outside the office weekly) and they do not keep the common areas clean - especially the hallways. Many neighbors smoke. There are car break ins and hit and runs in the parking lot. My rent increased over $300 a month when it came time to sign a lease renewal. I have seen several evictions here, including two units in my hallway. Stay away from this Camden property.
