My girls have been at LBE each since birth. The love and compassion the owner shows for the families is incredible. The staff is just as loving, some have been there since it opened. That would be the biggest tell tale of a great company staff retention. Yes some come and go but the good ones are still there for a reason, the owner! Sheila is good to them and the kids!
