We awoke on Wednesday morning to find our a/c wasn't blowing cold air. We initially called our A/C service provider who we pay a monthly fee to come out in an emergency, they couldn't come out until over a week later! We called Pro-Tech and spoke to Chris the owner who was extremely understanding of our urgent need especially as temperatures were predicted to hit 85+ degrees. He said that although they were busy if one of the technicians finishes earlier then he would contact us. An hour later Chris called and said he could come over himself. From the start of the problem, within a few hours Chris came and mended the problem. The bill was very reasonable and the job was done professionally. We have already recommended Pro-Tech and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
