if I could give 0 stars i would they are a horrible greedy threatening company who will make your life a living hell and unlivable charging you fees that are ridiculous my dad had a major heart attack due to the stress from this evil company in there rental home we lived in so dI'd my dog we had for 12 years they have no care for there tenants we don't exist but there needs and wants they threaten judgements evictions on you if they don't get there way we have had 2 but paid them to avoid them from throwing us out and plus the back rent with my uncles help and assistance from a place I go to for my therapy my uncle blew almost 5 thousand dollars on this rental company they will take everything from you and kill you we even got far back on are car payments due to them with all those fees they will put your utility bills behind to they ruined are credit from loans as well we are now in a safe environment stress free are land lord is a god send venkata narla is a crook and his team you pay for repairs if anything breaks hoa fees are 100 dollars 1 day late is 100 dollars which includes a certified letter and a mailed letter that's 200 dollars and 50 dollars more after that I'm just letting you know what your in for stay away do not rent from this company they need to be shut down and investigated for scamming people only ones who leave good reviews are people from India who have there properties they run stay away that is my story yelp please put this out to everyone and save anyone the trouble thank you Helpful 0 Thanks 0 Love this 0 Oh no 0
