Robert from RTS did some work for a friend of mine. I was impressed with him then, so when I needed work done I called RTS. They called when on the way and were on time. Offered to repair broken garage door, but I wanted it replaced with an insulated hurricane rated door. They ordered the door which took 2 weeks to arrive. Once again, called when enroute, on time, and installed the door in a timely manner. Door opener would not set limits for opening so had to order a new circuit board. Robert came back out a few days later and installed the new board and progeammed the open and close limits and reprogrammed my opener remote control. He only charged for the part, no labor. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend RTS to anyone looking for experienced, honest, and reliable work.
