Sold my house and made the mistake of hiring Wildcat Movers to move my furniture less than 5 miles to a storage unit. Aaron and Gamez couldn't accomplish that without damaging my house, nice furniture, and assaulting me. 1 story house and first floor storage, not a hard move. After they damaged all of my furniture and tried to hide it, the police had to be involved after Aaron ran at me, got in my face and repeatedly told me he was going to break me in half and F me up worse than my furniture. I called Wildcat because they market their services as 'Pad+Wrap, Every Move, Every Time'. They did not use a single blanket on any of my nice furniture, vintage/antique pieces that are family heirlooms and have been given to me by family. Expensive furniture that has been moved numerous times, up and down stairs, across states, without any prior damage. They put all of my furniture upside down in their truck, on the metal floor, without any padding to protect. Corners are broken off of 3 of my dressers, all of the drawer knobs are damaged and rubbed on the front, legs are chipped and broken. A metal covered dresser from Restoration Hardware has heavy dents in the metal all over. Large picture frames are broken and chipped, that I had already wrapped in bubble wrap. They stored a vintage trunk on it's side, sitting on the handle. This was after I had pointed out pieces that are older and more delicate. The first thing they moved was a Gladiator garage cabinet, which Aaron almost let fall over on my truck, thankfully Gamez caught it first. They damaged doors and trim in my house, paint chips were all over the floor when they left. Once we got to my storage building, they tried to hide all of the damaged furniture when they were moving it in. When I started seeing the damage, Gamez said it's no big deal, just file a claim. When I started questioning why no blankets were used, Gamez said they didn't think it was necessary. When I stated that protecting furniture is part of their services that I paid for, Aaron told me if I wanted it done right, I should have done it myself. I responded that's what I paid them for and Gamez told me the owner gets the money, not the movers. Aaron said he was tired of hearing me complain about the damage and if I said another word, he would break me in half. Then he ran to me cussing and spitting in my face, continuing to tell me he was going to break me and F me up worse than my furniture. The workers at the storage unit came out and the police were called and went to the storage. Austin with Wildcat also showed up. He was apologetic and let me know that they have some issues with those particular movers before and that it should have never happened. He wasn't able to explain why my furniture was not protected and stated that blankets should have been used on all of my furniture. He stated that they would do what it takes to make the situation right and assured me that I would be hearing from the owner to discuss a resolution. He also took pictures of some of the damage, I found more damage they had hidden after the fact. I never heard from the owner. I have called several times and have been told that Austin doesn't have authority to make any assurances and that nobody would be speaking with me further. My attorney has called several times and they won't speak with her, they stated that they aren't responsible for their employees behavior and the owner would have to speak with us. They also lied to my attorney and told her that I lost my temper during the move and had called them to apologize and said everything is ok. The owner has been non-responsive, won't answer or return calls. Don't be fooled by their paid positive reviews, you can see in some of their reviews that they compensate their customers for positive reviews. The real reviews show a pattern of inappropriate behavior. They are low-class, unskilled laborers, better suited working for a junk removal company. As a business owner, I would be humiliated if my employees acted like Aaron and Gamez, but that’s a reflection of Zane, the owners, lack of character and business sense. He has no control over his business and takes zero accountability for how his employees behave. The employees of Wildcat are certainly not the type of people you want to trust in your home, around your valuables and family members. Or the caliber of people you want to trust during the stressful time of moving. I'm just thankful that my family or children weren't present when all of this happened. I have moved a lot over the years and I've never dealt with a more unprofessional and trashy group of people than this. If they will treat me like this (and others, based on other negative reviews), then they will treat you and your family like that as well. It's sad that a local business treats the customers in their community like this. There are lot of other moving companies out there, don't take the risk with these guys. I used another moving company since and they were shocked at the damage and have heard several complaints about Wildcat recently from other customers.
