This is by far the worse communication I’ve had with a furniture company. My mattress was scheduled to be delivered today 2/22/22. Company called on Sunday 2/20 and I informed that I had other scheduled obligations so I could not do delivery on that day. I ensured delivery could still be met today 2/22. No one has contacted me or the additional person I noted all day. When I called and asked for an ETA I was told "this evening." It is now 6:46 pm and the company closes at 7 pm and my mattress is still not delivered. I have not been able to receive a response from either representative since my first call this morning.
