Josh does a great job and it very helpful and informative. The past 2 visits I received a notice ahead of time telling me when you would visit. Today I was surprised by a visit without a heads up. I would like a notice next time to make sure we have the pets away ahead of time. I let Josh know we didn't get are normal email warning as well. Cheers, Bill
