We did not have a positive experience with Elsa Hernandez. We had to call more than once to get our insurance information updated. We have had Allstate for many years and were on a temporary job assignment in Texas so we chose Allstate. After moving to our home in another state we were informed that we had been paying for insurance on an individual for four months. When my husband called to say we wanted this person off and wanted to be reimbursed Elsa was very rude. She said it was our fault. She was not helpful nor did she have our funds reimbursed.
