I wanted to order blush colored rain boots for my sister for Christmas, but I checked the site and saw that they were out of stock. So, I called the company and left a voicemail and Megan called me back very promptly. She checked the inventory against the returns and found a pair for me! Since it was not logged into the site yet, she placed the order for me and sent me a link! The entire time, she made it obvious that she cared and wanted to help.
