This is like no other. The fact that I see all sizes & shapes in the classes & no one judges, is awesome. I have done gyms & boot camps & got nowhere, I quit but here the classes are fun & go by so fast. Not only am I loosing weight but I'm building muscle & becoming a better me. The energy level is off the charts & the staff is sooooooo super nice. They make sure that I'm doing the right form & encourage me to continue. I have to say that this is one of the best choices I've ever made. THANK YOU
