Big League Lawns does not feel it is necessary to call their customers before just showing up unannounced. We were never told this was an option, to require a call ahead, which is just incompetence by their office. We have dogs, which they know by being at our house, and they still decided to show up and spray without our consent to do so first. The woman in the office was even more incompetent when explaining their policy. They did a subpar job the only time they actually did work.
