Seriously awesome customer service - they actually called me with a question about my order and fixed it immediately while they were on the phone with me. I have been a customer for a few years and always have been happy with the fabrics and pricing. One of my favorite online stores. My latest order just arrived and I am so excited! The shipping is really fast and the packing material (wrapped on a tube) is sturdy and protective. I can't say enough good things about Toto Fabrics :-)
