I'm 70 yrs old and have my granddaughter on my plan. I went to ask Kevin to take off restrictions on her phone. Kevin said I was paying for an OLD plan and that that wasn't right. He walked me through some changes which not only got unlimited for my granddaughter.. but saved $ on my monthly bill! Kevin is a true asset to your company!!
