If you try to use the 'lifetime warranty" they sell with their service, they will stall and push you to the backburner. We are in the middle of a renovation and had to wait 3 weeks just to get someone to come look at the property. Now they are telling us it will be 2 more months before they can do the "warranty work". They have made no effort to return calls or act in any way like they care about servicing their "lifetime warranty"!
