Took longer than was said...agent called and offered an earlier pick-up and delivery with direct delivery for additional cost. I paid the extra thinking I would get the car earlier. I watched GPS tracker on car as the driver took it to Vancouver area for three days over non-holiday weekend. Car was delivered as originally agreed, not sooner, and cost me an additional $$$.
