Healing Butterfly matcha has been an amazing addition to my daily routine. I add some in my smoothie every morning, to help get me going and start my day. I also normally have a matcha latte in the afternoon when I need some extra energy to motor through the workday. I have seen an increase in my energy level throughout the day, and I have lost some weight!
