Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Do NOT trust this cleaning company. I had two rental properties cleaned and they had to go back to each one! The first house was better- but really??? TWO TIMES to clean carpet. They said the technician didn’t use 5 step process the 1st time as promised! The 2nd house- well, they cleaned it the first time, but there was still dog hair in the carpet and urine smell from dogs. They promised to come back and redo it once again no one showed up on the date that we were given called and said they would reschedule and supposedly even talk to the technician that was going out and another no-show !! Never again!!! Do not trust them! Luckily we paid with American Express- I’m not waiting for a refund- I’m sure it’s just more lies!
