Getting back into the groove of working out was challenging after having my third child. Revolution Fitness has made it easy to ease back into shape, while still challenging me and keeping me accountable to my fitness goals. My favorite part about the workouts are that they are different every time and they build on each other. I notice myself getting progressively stronger each and every day. I have also noticed a tremendous difference in the fit of my clothes and in my body composition.
