As a cyclist, its been a great for me to rebuild my cardio fitness. I've been to a lot of spinning studio's. This is one of the best. The team at Polaris do a fantastic job. They're always courteous and helpful. The instructor's are always prepared with great music and a workout that will kick your butt.
