Poor customer service and lack of how to interact with children and families when there is a concern Judgmental and accused a child of being sick due to the sound of her voice....which is her normal voice Not accepting to the parent or child's response to their concern Requested medical clearance for a non medical condition Recorded child while having child call parent to pick them up while crying and scared Took no responsibility for the way my child was treated crying that they scared her all because her voice sounds stuffy. No fever no cough, no drip/runny nose etc. And has attended school in person with no illness through this whole pandemic with the same voice
